Born on October 26, 1953.

Izbaskhanov K. graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V. I. Lenin (1975), majoring in "Metallurgical Engineer".

Izbaskhanov K. worked from the roaster of the Ust-Kamenogorsk lead-zinc combine, the smelter to the head of the smelting shop of the Chimkent lead plant.

At different times he held senior positions of the State Committee on state property, the Holding company of the akimat of South-Kazakhstan region, Shymkent city, national company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" and "Kazakhstan engineering".

Since the establishment of Tau-Ken Samruk JSC, he has worked as a Managing Director for project implementation and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production Activities. Since February 2021, Independent Director of the Board of Directors of JSC "Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export "QazIndusrty". Izbaskhanov K. S. was awarded the Order "Kurmet", "Parasat", the Badge of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Kurmetti machine zhasaushi", "Honorary Metallurgist of the USSR".

He was born on November 29, 1986.

In 2008, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence; in 2014, from the Kazakh University of Technology and Business with a degree in Economics; and in 2019, from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) with a degree in Euromanagement.

He began his career in 2008 at the National Institute of Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a top-category expert of the International Relations Service.

From 2008 to 2012, he held various senior executive positions in the Administrative and Economic Department of "Kazaeroservis" JSC.

From 2012 to 2013, he worked at the Agency for Land Resources Management of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a leading specialist of the Legal Support Section of the Legal Support Department in the Field of Public Procurement (State Communal Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management "State Scientific and Production Center for Land Resources and Land Management"), and as the Head of the Marketing and Commercial Operations Department (State Communal Enterprise "Scientific and Production Center of Land Cadastre").

From 2013 to 2015, he held various senior executive positions at "Paramilitary Railway Security" JSC.

From 2015 to 2020, he held key positions within the structures of "Samruk-Kazyna" Sovereign Wealth Fund, including its Corporate University, "Samruk-Kazyna Contract" LLP, "KMG-Service" LLP, and "Samruk-Energy" JSC.

From 2020 to 2025, he worked in the energy sector and at "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC, holding the positions of Head of the Procurement Department and Director for Key Procurement Categories.

Since August 2025, he has been serving as the Acting Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He was born on February 19, 1973.

In 1994, he graduated from the Kazakh State Academy of Management with a degree in Business and Management; in 2004, from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

He began his career in 1994 as an accountant at the "Pobeda" cotton-growing state farm in the Chimkent Region.

From 1995 to 2010, he worked at the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding various positions from specialist to senior executive.

From 2014 to 2020, he held various positions at "Information and Accounting Center" JSC (Astana).

From 2020 to 2022, he headed the Department for the Sale of Republican Property Objects and Post-Privatization Control of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as the Head of the Shymkent City Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since May 2024, he has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is a state representative on the boards of directors and supervisory boards of a number of state-owned joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships ("QazExpoCongress" NC JSC, "National Information Technologies" JSC, "National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" NJSC, and "Government for Citizens" NJSC).

He was born on 8 October

1949 in the village of Kyzyl Uyum, Akmola region and graduated from the Karaganda Polytechnic Institute on specialty “Engineering Technology” in 1971.

1973-1979 - engineer-technologist, foreman, senior foremen, Deputy Head and Head of the tool workshop of NKMZ plant, “Kargormash”.

1982-1987 - apparatus instructor of Karaganda city committee and regional committee of the Kazakhstan Communist Party.

In 1987, he was elected as a Secretary of the Party Committee "Kargormash."

From 1991 to 2003 - Production Director of “Kargormash”, Director of machine-building plant No. 1 as well as Executive Director, General Director and President of JSC “Kargormash”. 2004-2007 - Director of “Kargormash” LLP.

2007-2009 - Chairman of the Board "Kardok" (Karaganda timber industry enterprise).

2009-2016 - Director of “Kargormash” LLP. 2016 to the present - Advisor to the Director of Trading House “Kargormash-M” LLP.

He was born on June 21, 1952.

He graduated from the Zhambyl Technological Institute of Light and Food Industry with a degree in Mechanical Engineering; he also graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and holds the diplomatic rank of 1st Class Counselor.
