JSC «Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export «QazIndustry» with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development conducts methodological work on the development of digital strategies for enterprises. Today, a Strategy has been developed for «Mimioriki» LLP - a light industry enterprise for tailoring. In accordance with the developed Strategy, a request was formed from Mimioriki LLP to implement a CRM system in the processes of automating relationships with B2C and B2B, as well as to create its own Internet resource (with phased implementation and expansion of the functionality of the opportunity). Scope of the CRM system: 1) accepting applications, 2) application processing process, 3) customer support process, 4) the process of making management decisions, etc. Scope of the Internet resource: 1) online store, 2) online store taking into account the features and philosophy of «Mimioriki» LLP. QazIndustry is collecting proposals from IT companies, following which a demo day of Mimioriki LLP on CRM systems and a demo day on proposals for creating an Internet resource will be organized on its own site.
