On June 8, 2022 the Chief Expert of the Directorate of Business Incentive Adilsultani A.S. together with the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of Mangystau region held a seminar-meeting for industrial enterprises of Mangystau region on "State incentive measures QazIndustry" in order to clarify the conditions and mechanisms of government incentives for industry.

More than 30 enterprises participated in the seminar. During the event, the participants discussed the new directions of industrial policy of Kazakhstan, the procedure for obtaining state incentives to improve productivity and frequent errors in the formation of applications for reimbursement of costs.

On 8-9 June this year, a QazIndustry representative visited a number of industrial enterprises in the city:

- Polymer Plast Aktau LLP (production of sour-milk products);

- Keruen Auyz Su LLP (production of mineral water and other soft drinks);

- Kaspiy Tas Zhol LLP (production of coarse-grained, fine-grained asphalt concrete, crushed-mastic asphalt concrete and black crushed stone);

- KazTrub-Industries LLP (production of fiberglass high pressure pipes);

- DSK-Karaoykurylys LLP (production of non-metallic mineral products);

- Europlita LLP (production of non-metallic mineral products);

- Kazakhstan Pipe Threaders LLP (production of pipes, tubes, hollow profiles, steel fittings);

- Satex Chemie LLP (production of solid and liquid bitumen-based waterproofing materials);

- WestEcoPlast LLP (production of soft packing containers - big bags);

- KazEcoBuild LLP (production of thermopanels);

- JSC NC Aktau Commercial Sea Port (provide transportation of dry cargo, crude oil and oil products);

- New Pipe Technologies LLP (producing and processing metals and applying coatings to metals)

As part of the visit to the above-mentioned enterprises, the representative got acquainted with their production, which resulted in recommendations on the costs potentially eligible for reimbursement of part of the costs under the QazIndustry measures.

JSC "Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center "QazIndustry" is an operator of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to increase productivity and reimburse the following types of costs:

1) reimbursement of costs for improvement of competence of an enterprise (training of employees and attraction of foreign specialists);

2) reimbursement of costs for improvement of technological processes (technical and energy audit, IT consulting, industrial design, supervision of installation and commissioning, equipment maintenance, industrial testing, engineering services, etc.);

3) reimbursement of costs for improvement of organizational efficiency of production.

4) reimbursement of costs for the development and/or expertise of a comprehensive plan of industrial-innovation project.
