In order to conduct an automated analysis of the effectiveness of procurement, as well as to provide entrepreneurs with access to the necessary information and directly to participate in procurement in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Roadmap for the Integration of all existing regulated procurement platforms through a Single Procurement Window, since July 1, 2022, SIS "Register of Goods, Works and Services used in conducting procurement operations subsurface use, and their producers" (hereinafter referred to as SIS "Register") will be launched in alpha testing mode in the new version – tizilim.gov.kz .

At the same time, in order to prevent disruptions in production processes, as well as taking into account the reporting deadlines until July 25 this year, purchases of subsurface users will be carried out in the SIS "Register" - reestr.nadloc.kz . Since July 25, 2022, a full transition of the SIS "Register" from the version reestr.nadloc.kz will be carried out per version tizilim.gov.kz . Information about purchases announced in accordance with the Unified Nomenclature Directory of Goods, Works and Services (hereinafter referred to as UND GWS) and placed in the SIS "Register" will be transferred to a Single Procurement Window.

In connection with the above, subsurface users who make purchases in the SIS "Register" need to start work on the transition of procurement procedures to the UND GWS. Step 1 – from July 1 of this year to start registration in the new version of SIS "Register" - tizilim.gov.kz ; to form and place procurement plans in the SIS "Register" in accordance with the specified nomenclature directory (the transition of purchases from the nomenclature codes of the UPC to the UND GWS).

Suppliers of GWS to participate in procurement, must register in the new version of SIS "Register" - tizilim.gov.kz . UND GWS is an object of copyright, this right was registered for Samruk-Kazyna Contract LLP in the Committee on Intellectual Property Rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 9, 2016 No. 0268. Reports in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 24, 2018 No. 374 will be accepted in due time in the SIS "Register" - tizilim.gov.kz .
