QazIndustry discussed the draft Methodology for monitoring the projects of the Industrialization Map and Business Support Maps of the regions with representatives of the akimats of the regions, Almaty, Nur-Sultan and Shymkent

On June 8, 2021, QazIndustry held an online meeting with the akimats of the regions, Almaty, Nur-Sultan and Shymkent, within the framework of which the draft Methodology for monitoring the projects of the Industrialization Map and Business Support Maps of the regions was discussed.
The methodology provides for the following main tasks:

• formation and updating of the list of Map projects;
• identification of current problems in the implementation of Map projects and their timely solution in the implementation;
• identification of systemic problems with further development of appropriate proposals for their resolution;
• development of proposals aimed at the development of the manufacturing industry.

As a result of the meeting, the akimats of the regions noted the importance of adopting the Methodology, and also made proposals for supplementing and disclosing the source data when monitoring projects.
In general, during the years of industrialization (2010-2020), within the framework of the Industrialization Map and Business Support Maps of the regions, 1,527 projects were introduced for a total amount of about 9.1 trillion tenge, and about 212 thousand permanent jobs were created.
For 2021-2025, it is planned to implement about 400 projects totaling more than 8 trillion tenge, with the creation of more than 100 thousand permanent jobs, including this year it is planned to put into operation 110 projects worth 1.91 trillion tenge with the creation of 12.5 permanent jobs.
