Antarium Group won first place in the “Supplier of the Year 2020” award as best improvement SMEs due to significant improvements in the results of the business assessment based on methodology of the European Foundation for Quality Management - EFQM within the framework of the Supplier Development Project in Kazakhstan. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan and the World Bank in partnership with JSC Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center "QazIndustry" and National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken”.

Antarium Group was founded in 1997. Since 2017, the company; under a new management, started its rapid development in the construction of industrial and infrastructure facilities with a fresh vision, mission and strategy. In 2019-2020, the company's turnover reached 5 billion tenge and plans within the next 5 years, to increase the turnover by 5 billion tenge annually. After inspection of the site, acquaintance with the customer and evaluation of the terrain, we compile a plan in Microsoft Project, where the required resources, project life cycle, gaps in terms of supplies and construction are calculated. As a result of the participation in the activities of the Supplier Development Project in Kazakhstan, Antarium Group signed a new contract with KAZ Minerals for more than 300 million tenge. Moreover, within the framework of the project, the company was accredited in TCO multinational company, which in future will help them to expand their presence in oil and gas sector. They also plan to participate in the partial reimbursement of expenses for IPMA and ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 certification.
