The company «North Caspian Operating Company N. V.» (NCOC) with the assistance of JSC "Kazakhstan Center for Industry and Export" QazIndustry " of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized an online training on "Quality management on NCOC projects".
The training was attended by 16 companies from the professional services sector and the manufacturing industry. These are representatives of large, small and medium-sized businesses. Among the participants are Optimum LLP, Caspian Well Services LLP, ABiTech LLP, Data Soft LLP, Caspian Contractors Trust LLP and Kaskor-Mashzavod JSC.
The main objective of the training is to inform local enterprises about the main requirements of NCOC in the field of quality control and quality assurance for potential contractors and external suppliers.
During the training, NCOC employees explained in detail the requirements for quality assurance in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015, as well as the procedure for submitting applications for registration in the supplier database, explained the main problems and methods of solving them for representatives of enterprises.
Representatives of the companies also took an active part in the question-and-answer session, clarifying for themselves a number of issues related to procurement plans and the procedure for selecting companies.
According to Kalen Bauyrzhan, Director of the Center for Industrial Cooperation of JSC "QazIndustry", for its part, "QazIndustry" will continue to assist large customers in holding such events.
"The training with the assistance of JSC "QazIndustry" was held for the first time. We also plan to hold a number of seminars with the participation of international experts and major subsoil users, " Kalen Bauyrzhan added.
At the end of the training, the participants noted the importance and significance of training sessions for professional development, and subsequently-increasing the share of Kazakhstani content in the procurement of subsurface users. Also, domestic manufacturers noted the need for systematic implementation of such events.
