In the 3-rd quarter of 2021, the positive growth trend in the pharmaceutical industry continued. A significant increase is observed in the production of drugs containing hormones, the volume of which exceeded the level of last year by 70%.
The impressive increase in output is due to an increase in demand for products due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the launch at the end of 2020 of the production of insulin glargine RinGlar® for the treatment of diabetes mellitus at the enterprise of Karaganda Pharmaceutical Complex LLP.
