The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center "QazIndustry" developed the Regulations for interaction with the Eurasian Economic Commission on the formation and maintenance of the Eurasian register of manufactured goods.

The document is developed for the purpose of realization of the Regulations for determining the country of origin of certain types of goods.

It is to remind that within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union, for state procurement of industrial goods of member states in relation to which production terms of production have been established, the country of origin of such goods should be confirmed by the supply of information from the Eurasian register. The basis for the inclusion of goods into the Eurasian register is an Act of expertise or a certificate of origin of goods ST-1, which are issued by expert organizations in Kazakhstan.
