Comparative analysis of purchases by the monitoring subjects by the results of 2021

The volume of regulated purchases of goods, works and services by the end of 2021 was 19,3 trillion tenge, from which 56,1 % or 10,8 trillion tenge were domestic suppliers.

A significant influence on the indicator of intracountry value had high volumes of purchases from domestic companies among national companies - 70,9 % (KZT 3,6 trln) and subsoil users - 56,4 % (KZT 3,4 trln).

In general, in 2021 the amount of goods increased for 1.4 trillion tenge.

Despite the fact that the annual purchases of goods have an upward trend, the analysis of the structure of regulated purchases of goods, works and services shows that there is still potential for Kazakh enterprises to supply the goods in demand*[1].

So, in regulated purchases of goods, more than 50% of products (over 3.2 trillion tenge) are supplied by foreign suppliers.

While in works and services a high indicator of intracountry value of about 60% is noted, which reflects the high competitiveness of Kazakhstani companies.

The main purchases are being made by three subjects, the share of which accounts for more than 80% of the amount: state agencies - 5.01 trillion tenge, national companies - 5.1 trillion tenge, subsoil users - 6.07 trillion tenge.

In general, by the results of 2021, the share of intra-country value increased by 3.8% compared to 2020, so the amount of purchase increased by 1.7 trillion tenge, and the amount of intra-country value increased by 1.6 billion tenge.
