In January-March this year, the production of rubber coatings in physical terms increased 16.7 times. If in the same period last year the country produced

18.9 tons of crumb rubber, this year - 316.4 tons.

According to experts of QazIndustry's MMC and Chemicals Development Directorate, this growth is due to a significant increase in exports to Morocco and the emergence of new markets in Argentina, Brazil and Senegal.

Rubber crumb is a dispersed material obtained as a result of shredding used car tires. It is produced in the form of granules. Granulate inherits the valuable qualities of tire rubber - elasticity, abrasion resistance, good adhesion. Crumb rubber is used to make trauma-safe tiles and coatings. They are laid on children's and sports grounds, in the yards of houses and organizations, on the roadway, in the parking area.

The crumb is put in pure form in punching bags and sacks. Granules are used to fill soccer fields, on which artificial grass is then laid.

Rubber crumb is used for roofing, finishing building materials, car accessories

- mudguards, bumpers, mats.

In Kazakhstan rubber coatings are produced by "ECO Tire", "Kazakhstan

Rubber Recycling", "New Eco City" and others.
