128 projects under the industrialization map will be introduced in Kazakhstan

According to the Industrialization Map, as of September, 28 projects totaling 295.6 billion tenge were put into operation, 3.5 thousand new jobs were created.
The most significant projects of the Industrialization Map for the current year are the modernization of the Zhayrem Mining and Processing Plant and the construction of an enrichment plant (145 billion tenge, 381 jobs), the expansion of processing capacities of the Aktogay Mining and Processing Plant (396 billion tenge, 700 jobs), the construction of the Saryarkinsky ferroalloy plant (35 billion tenge, 400 jobs), the opening of transformer production in Petropavlovsk (10 billion tenge, 300 jobs), aluminum cans in Shymkent (23.4 billion tenge, 145 jobs), the opening of a localization center for the production of agricultural machinery and automotive components in Kostanay region (12.6 billion tenge, 450 jobs).
In general, 128 projects are planned to be commissioned in 2021 for a total amount of 1,235.5 trillion tenge. This will create about 12 thousand new permanent jobs.
When the enterprises reach full capacity, their production volumes will amount to about 987.7 billion tenge. It is planned to create 5.5 thousand in rural areas, and 1.6 thousand permanent jobs in single-industry towns.
Also, a third of the manufactured products are planned to be exported, which is about $800 million.
