Kazcenosphere's LLP for the production of aluminosilicate microspheres was established in 2018 in Pavlodar. The company is a joint project of the international investment company KUSTO Group and a large Russian company LLC Granula.  
Today, Kazcenosphere's is implementing an innovative project for the construction of a plant for the extraction of microspheres from waste from coal-fired power plants. The total volume of investments is 5 billion tenge.
This project provides for deep processing of raw materials of a light fraction of fly ash and obtaining a high-quality commodity microsphere with high added value.
The company specializes in the development and production of light mineral fillers (microspheres), expanding, high-temperature, stabilizing, reinforcing, complex mineral additives, buffer powder mixtures, special grouting cements for the mining industry and cementing in difficult engineering and geological conditions special cements.    
Also, Kazcenosphere's plans to produce various brands of microspheres with different quality characteristics in the oil industry, construction and automotive industry.
The production has a laboratory base equipped with all the necessary quality control equipment and research and development in this direction, and large storage areas for storing raw materials, which will ensure production with the necessary components throughout the year, regardless of the season and the complexity of customer programs.
The whole complex of the above measures allows to increase the processing depth up to 95% and increase the productivity of Kazakhstan on a high-quality microsphere by more than 100%.
The estimated design capacity is 12,000 tons of raw materials or 7,800 tons of commodity microsphere.
Most of the finished products obtained at the plant for the extraction of microspheres from the waste of power plants are sold for export.
As part of the state support, Kazcenosphere's LLP received reimbursement for the costs of improving technological processes and optimizing the overall functioning of the enterprise.
Recall that QazIndustry, through the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reimburses part of the costs of manufacturing enterprises associated with increasing labor productivity under the industrialization program. The state reimburses up to 40% of the costs incurred in connection with the increase of the competence of the enterprise, the development, examination of a comprehensive plan of an industrial and innovative project related to the improvement of technological processes and increasing the efficiency of the organization of production.
