On May 7, 2022 a team of representatives of QazIndustry JSC, NC KazMunayGas JSC, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) visited enterprises of IBT GROUP, LLP in Almaty.

At a meeting with the director of LLP "IBT GROUP" T.V. Shegai discussed the development of markets for products and cooperation with subsoil user companies of the oil and gas sector, as well as consideration of the possibility of signing long-term contracts.

In addition the domestic enterprises were introduced to the measures of state support aimed at improving productivity, as well as mechanisms for cost recovery. LLP "IBT GROUP" also presented  materials on their products.  During the enterprise visit, the major customers of NC KazMunayGas JSC, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) were introduced to the production process, as well as the range of products manufactured by the IBT GROUP LLP. Thus, regional enterprise visiting help to strengthen business and trust-based relationships between customers (large operators) and domestic suppliers.

For information: IBT GROUP LLP was founded in 2017 and specializes in the production of metal barrels.

The plant's production consists of two lines: the production of a conical barrel and the assembly of a cylindrical barrel.

The capacity of both lines is 1,200,000 barrels per year. The line is automated, barrels are made according to all standards, confirmed by the appropriate certificates (ISO, CT-KZ and EAC).

IBT GROUP" LLP is located in Almaty region. The number of employees is 15 people. The share of domestic value (local content) is 92 %.

Conical barrels are used in food industry and used for packing food concentrates (tomato paste, molasses, etc.), cylindrical barrels type 1A1 and 1A2 are used for packing in oil and chemical industries.

In addition, set up a new production of conical barrel with 2 filler-holes for packing synthetic oils and greases. At the same time, it is very advantageous for transportation. Enterprise capacity of the company is about 30%. Finished products are exported to Uzbekistan.

 Currently, there is no purchase of products in the Republic of Kazakhstan due to the use of recycled products.
