Infographics on intra-country value: dynamics of development in the context of industries and regions

The total volume of purchases of goods, works and services of monitoring subjects for 12 months of 2021 amounted to 19,370.0 billion tenge, the domestic value (local content) amounted to 10,868.5 billion tenge (56.1%). At the same time, goods were purchased, including: for 6,722.2 billion tenge, the share of the DV – 41.0% in the amount of 2,753.4 billion tenge. At the same time, it should be noted that the main purchased goods are: - in the engineering industry: mainline locomotives (purchase amount 97.0 billion tenge), mainline electric locomotives (40.8 billion tenge), Passenger cars (12.2 billion tenge), - in the metallurgy industry: Gold grade Zl 99.99 (purchase amount 294.5 billion tenge), Ball forged (48.6 billion tenge), pumping compressor pipes, steel (7.0 billion tenge) - in the chemical industry: sulfuric acid, technical (purchase amount 11.4 billion tenge), Technical hydrogen, compressed (purchase amount 7.64 billion tenge), Ammonium nitrate (purchase amount 3.6 billion tenge). The largest volume of purchases in mechanical engineering accounts for the share of purchases of backbone enterprises 34.7%, the share of National companies and holdings 23.92%, mining and coal 22.36%. The largest volume of purchases in the metallurgical industry accounts for the share of backbone enterprises (31.2%), the share of the mining complex and coal (28.71%), NC and holdings (28.7%). In turn, in the chemical industry, the largest share in purchases is occupied by system-forming enterprises (32.24%), national companies and holdings (32.03%), the oil and gas sector (14.31%).

The data in Table 1 indicate an increase in the dynamics of intra-country value in the engineering industry: - in Almaty by 6.7%. The most purchased goods: Electric wires with a 100% DV share, Blocks for a turning and screw-cutting machine with a 100% DV share, a ring for a steam turbine with a 99.2% DV share. - Nur-Sultan by 8.7%. The most purchased goods: mainline diesel locomotives, power over 2206 kW (over 2999 hp), with a 30% DV share, eight-axle AC mainline freight locomotives with axial suspension with a 30% DV share, Equipment for analyzing and processing data transmission network traffic with a 29.2% DV share. - Shymkent by 17.7%. The most purchased products with a high share of DV are starter batteries (98.7%), slot filters, borehole filters (95.5%), electric wire (93.4%). - Kostanay region by 28.8%. The most purchased products with a high share of DV: Electric-welded adapter (89.4%), Wedge gate valve (85.2%). - Kyzylorda region by 12.0%. The most purchased goods with a high share of DV: Electric wire (100%), Technological container (95.1%), Complete transformer substation (91.1%). - Mangystau region by 11.0%. The most purchased goods with a high share of DV are: Pump wheel (100%), Pump rods (98.2%), Fountain fittings (85%), while the largest decrease in the share of domestic value in the engineering industry in the West Kazakhstan region was 9.2%. In turn, in the metallurgical industry, the dynamics of intra-country value has increased significantly in the following regions. - Turkestan region – 88.5%. The most purchased goods with a high share of DV: Containers for storage and transportation of natural uranium concentrate (100%), Steel flange, flat welded (91.7%), Steel sheet (79.5%). - Kostanay region -38.4%. The most purchased goods with a high share of DV: electric welded pipe, steel (100%), Grate, cast iron grate (100%), steel flange (100%). - Kyzylorda region – 26.1%. The most purchased goods with a high share of DV are: A container for storing and transporting natural uranium concentrate (100%), a general-purpose steel pipe (99.8%), a steel flange, free (91.7%). A significant decrease in the dynamics of domestic value in the metallurgical industry occurred in: Almaty – 42.4%, Akmola region – 32.6%, Nur-Sultan – 16.9%. In the chemical industry, according to the results of 2021, the largest increase in the share of domestic value occurred in: - Zhambyl region - 22.2%. The most purchased goods with a high proportion of DV: Ethyl alcohol, technical (100%), Household soap, solid (80.1%), Disinfectant based on sodium salt of dichlorizocyanuric acids (74.0%). - Atyrau region - 12.7%. The most purchased products with a high proportion of DV: Liquid nitrogen, technical (100%), Aqueous ammonia, technical (100%), Sulfuric acid solution (100%). - Kyzylorda region – 10.0%. The most purchased goods with a high share of DV: Industrial gases (100%), Ammonium nitrate (100%), Technical Acetylene (100%). The largest decrease in the share of domestic value in the chemical industry was accounted for by Aktobe - 18.3%, Karaganda – 13.25 and Akmola regions – 10.4%.
