Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KIDI Aliya Arestanbayeva took part in the seminar-meeting in order to clarify measures of state support provided under the Rules on the provision of state support for entities of the industrial-innovation activities, aimed at increase in labour efficiency and development of territorial clusters.

We remind you that the changes introduced to the Rules on the provision of state support for subjects of the industrial-innovation activities, aimed at increase in labour efficiency and development of territorial clusters came into effect on October 3, 2017, according to which:  

-  a historical period was increased up to 24 months.

- maximum recovery amount of costs, incurred by the Applicant, increased up to 60 million tenge, except for cost recovery aimed at improving of enterprise’s competence,

- in this instrument maximum amount of support is 30 million tenge.

-  it is sufficient to have one internal and/or external expert, engaged in the provision of services.

- *However, engagement of experts with technical and professional education with confirmation of relevant work experience is provided in some instruments.

- list of services/works is extended by means of which improvement of technological processes is carried out under the Rules. Thus, the costs regarding assembly and/or assembly supervision (previously only assembly supervision was provided) are related to the security, support and operation of manufacturing.

-  goals for implementation of manufacturing best practices through engaging experts and introducing requirements to the report on the results of provision of services by the performer are clarified; the latter is attached to the application for obtaining instrument in accordance with the provisions of the Rules.

In 2017 the costs on 35 applications were recovered in the total amount of 208.6 million tenge.
