On April 12 of this year, the first public presentation of the pharmaceutical cluster of the South Kazakhstan region was held within the framework of the project for "Enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises in Kazakhstan" (hereinafter – the Project). The members of cluster development group of KIDI JSC – Serikbay Zhalgas and Umarov Alimzhan with the participation of the international project consultant Jose Luis Courbelau acquainted the participants of the meeting with the further stages of the Project, and also discussed the strategy of overcoming the challenges of the pharmaceutical cluster of the South Kazakhstan Region.

The meeting was attended by 8 representatives of the pharmaceutical industry in the region, including government agencies, industry associations and representatives of the pharmaceutical business: LLP NGO Zerde, Zerde Fito LLP; LLP Ecopharm International, Pharmasintez-Zerde LLP; "Pharmaceutical Cluster of South-Kazakhstan Region" Association, JSC Khimpharm, LLP Akniet Pharmaceuticals, JSC; Khimpharm, JSC South Kazakhstan Pharmaceutical Academy.

The first public presentation allowed the employees of KIDI JSC to discuss with the cluster participants the further strategy of the territorial cluster, and to the foreign consultant to present a number of examples on the development of pharmaceutical clusters in the world in which INFYDE ID company took part.
