Stimulation measures

REIMBURSEMENT OF THE COSTS FOR IMPROVING THE COMPETENCE OF THE ENTERPRISE

Professional training and/or retraining and/or advanced training of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, including abroad, regarding productivity improvement and/or introduction of Industry 4.0 technologies (elements); Duration in the period of professional training and/or retraining of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, including abroad, is not more than 1 (one) month, at advanced training of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, including abroad - for the period of no more than 3 (three) months;

Engagement of a foreign employee under the employment contract in order to improve technological process and/or increase the efficiency of production, provided for in subparagraphs 3) and 4) of the paragraph 12 of the Rules, and/or introduction of technologies (elements) of Industry 4.0.

Cost recovery
40% of no more than 30 million tenge over a calendar year

Recoverable amount of money for professional training and/or retraining and/or advanced training of engineering and technical personnel, production personnel, including top managers, is determined on the basis of:
1) payment documents;
2) act (acts) for the total amount of the services rendered (performed works) signed not until twenty four months before the date of receipt of the application in National Institute.

The amount of the applicant 's costs recovered takimg into accout involvement of a foreign employee is determined on the basis of payment documents, expence sheets, pay lists (if any), other documents issued in accordance with the procedure established by the Law, confirming the remuneration of work according to the employment contract of the invloved foreign employee (if any).

REIMBURSEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT AND/OR EXPERTISE OF INTEGRATED INDUSTRIAL INNOVATION PROJECT PLAN

• Development of comprehensive industrial innovation project plan for long-term leasing financing;
• Development and/or examination of feasibility study for the project included in the Map;

Cost recovery
40% but no more than 60 million tenge over a calendar year

The amount to be refunded shall be determined on the basis of:
1) payment documents;
2) act (acts) for the total amount of the services rendered (performed works) signed not earlier than twenty four months before the date of receipt of the application in National Institute.

REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

• Optimization of the overall operation of the enterprise, including the costs associated with::
- Technological audit, energy audit;
- Involvement of consulting in the field of information technologies, including on formation of requirements to functional characteristics of automated system (software) and/or its implementation;
- Involvement of consulting to solve complex issues related to formation, reorganization and functioning of the company management system;
• Development of industrial design of manufactured products;
• Preparation of engineering design and solution, search of new structures, technologies, equipment and identification of possibilities of their implementation at the place of production;
• Provide, maintain, and manage product manufacturing processes that include costs associated with:
- Equipment installation and/or equipment chief installation;
- Commissioning of equipment; Virtual commissioning of equipment;
- Engineering, design developments;
- Digital and virtual engineering development;
- Production of prototypes and/or digital modeling of objects;
- Equipment maintenance; Industrial tests of products;
- Services for implementation of augmented reality at the pace of production;

Cost recovery
40% but no more than 60 million tenge over a calendar year

1) payment documents;
2) act (acts) for the total amount of the services rendered (performed works) signed not earlier than twenty four months before date of receipt of the application in National Institute.

REIMBURSEMENT TO IMPROVE PRODUCTION EFFICIENCY

Increase in efficiency of organization of production which is carried out by development of documentation for increase in efficiency of organization of production and/or implementation of progressive administrative and production technologies (technologies increasing the efficiency of organization of production, including automated control systems (software), energy efficient and green technologies, standards of project management, elements of Lean production (Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, 5 S, Kanban and other), implementation of technology (elements) of Industry 4.0.

Cost recovery
40% but not more than 60 million tenge over a calendar year

The amount to be refunded shall be determined on the basis of:
1) payment documents;
2) act (acts) for the total amount of the services rendered (performed works) signed not earlier than twenty four months before date of receipt of the application in National Institute.
