On May 17, QazIndustry JSC organized a seminar for subsoil users (solid minerals) and their suppliers regarding the reports of purchased goods, works, services and their share in domestic value during exploration and mining operations approved by the Order of the Ministry of Industry and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, May 24, 2018. No. 374

The main purpose of the seminar for customers and suppliers was to explain the correct filling of the reporting form in order to eliminate errors in the formation, which lead to distortion of data on actual purchases of subsoil users:

- incorrect indication of amounts of money;

- non-compliance of the “ Statistical Classifier of Industrial Products code” and the “code of the subject of procurement” with the name of goods, works and service, and others.

In addition, during the seminar, the participants were informed about the upcoming changes in regulatory legal acts.

In particular, about the transition to the Unified nomenclature reference book and its application in the preparation of reports, starting from July 1 of this year.

In general, the participants of the seminar noted the importance of such events and expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to participate in this seminar.

Therefore, QazIndustry JSC plans to continue this outreach to cover a larger number of procurement participants and obtain more complete and reliable information on the procurement of goods, works and services.
